CrossFit UDX's strength and conditioning program for all athletes middle school through professional. Our mission is to take each athlete to their full potential in sport while building strength of character, in individuals and teams, to prepare them for success in life. UDX performance coaches, also co-owners of Kaizen Strength, utilize sound and proven strength and conditioning principles and methods to get athletes results, both in the short and long term.

UDX Performance Coaches
UDX Performance coaches Nicole Letsinger and Jake Dorshorst are both graduates of UW - La Crosse's Exercise and Sport Science program. Both are NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialists and USAW Level 1 Sport Performance Coaches. Their passion is to help shape a better future for youth athletics and strength & conditioning. Nicole currently works with West Salem athletics, coaching and programming all of their sports strength and conditioning programs, while Jake currently serves as the coach of the UW-La Crosse Weightlifting Club Team.
