We read, research, experiment & consolidate all the common sense, time-honored wisdom & recent studies we can find and present that information to you through various education models. Our pillars are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic & mindset. We unconditionally support YOU—the birth mom & birth partner—to make the best decision for you and Baby.

BIRTHFIT is a state of readiness. Childbirth is perhaps the most physical, mental & spiritual experience of a woman’s life. We want you to be ready in body, mind & spirit for the experience of birth and the lifelong journey that follows.

BIRTHFIT is your support team. We are a team of practitioners, educators, chiropractors, coaches, nutritionists, fellow mamas, men & women who are involved in our local communities and we are all rooting for YOU.


Prenatal Series: We fully believe in training while pregnant and this series consists of training three days per week to maintain or improve mom and baby's overall health at this crucial point in their lives. In this series we will empower you with the education of how to properly breath, train, progress, nourish your body, and prepare for birth. These sessions will include a movement prep, strength, conditioning, accessory work, and intention. 

Postpartum Series 1: As you journey into motherhood and give just about all of yourself to your family, we would like to help you find a bit of time for yourself each day starting with just two sessions per week. Through this series we will help you safely progress back to activity and back to the gym. Each session includes breath work, warm up, strength, conditioning, accessory work and how to nourish your body for the work it has done and will do in the future. 

Postpartum Series 2: This program is meant to continue to build off of series 1 to help you recalibrate and set a solid foundation of sustainable, efficient movement for the rest of your life.
