2018 UDX Memorial Day Murph

Join us, the La Crosse Wellness Center, Dynamic Physiotherapy, and Cabin Coffee to take on the Murph Challenge on Memorial Day benefitting the Freedom Honor Flight!

We please ask you register under your personal skill level so we can divide heats appropriately with the space we have. Use this guide to follow:

Beginner can perform: perform pull-ups/ring rows, push-ups, and air squats, run pain free, and is healthy enough to do so in a warm environment.

Intermediate can perform: >5 pull-ups, >10 push-ups, >15 Squats in :30 and run 1 mile <10:00

Advanced: >15 Pull-ups, >30 Push-ups, >30 Squats in :60 and run 1 mile <8:00.
