Full BIO: Coach Kyle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a M.S. in Exercise and Sport Science where he also worked as a graduate assistant sports performance coach with the Eagles football, wrestling, baseball, tennis, track and field, and gymnastics teams. In 2015 he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a B.S. in Kinesiology-Human Performance while also playing 2 years of NCAA college hockey. Most recently he worked as an intern sports performance coach at the University of Wisconsin working alongside the Badgers basketball, hockey, golf, cheer, and dance teams. Kyle graduated from Antigo High School (WI) in 2011 where he was a 2-sport athlete in football, and hockey. As a coach Kyle has worked with all levels of athletes, from youth to elite division 1 and professional athletes to general population in both a gym and rehabilitation setting. Kyle still continues to compete in local CrossFit competitions while he pursues his own personal fitness and performance goals. Kyle is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and a RPR L1 practitioner.

Coach Cody graduated from the Winona State University with a B.S. in Exercise & Rehabilitative Sciences in 2010. He graduated from W-E-M High School (MN) in 2004 where he was a 3-sport athlete in Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. While at WSU, Cody coached and trained many athletes at G-E-T H.S. which included basketball, track & field, and volleyball. Most recently Cody has continued to train athletes as well as the general population under the tutelage of former Olympic athlete trainer Coach Bell. As a coach Cody has worked with all levels of athletes, from youth to college, general population, and has been a CrossFit trainer since December 2018. His passion is to maximize the potential of every athlete and individual in athletics and in life.

Coach Haley was a 2-Sport Athlete through Caledonia, MN high school where she did Gymnastics, and Track & Field. This was her first exposure to Olympic lifting, gymnastic movements, and when she started helping others learn lifting and gymnastic technique. At the same time, Haley was also a participant in the Insanity and P90X exercise programs. In an effort to speed up her education, Haley graduated from high school at home in Dec. 31st, 2014 at age 17. Sixteen months later Haley graduated from San Diego Christian College with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts in May 2016. That same year, Haley moved to China where she studied Mandarin Chinese, led private tutoring, and was first introduced to CrossFit. While in China, Haley assisted in motivating and training CrossFit participants as well as training alongside competitive CrossFit athletes. After her return to America, Haley pursued her CrossFit Level 1 Training, and is also pursuing certification for Personal Training through NASM. Though her emphasis at Western Technical College is digital media, her passion is to help others live life to the fullest potential being fully prepared for any and every situation thrown at you.
