At CrossFit UDX we want you to get started off right. Our Fundamentals Course is designed just for that. Fast-track your progress and get personal coaching and programming to get you ready for a lifetime of fitness and continual results.
You will work privately with our expert coaches and we allow you to work at your own pace to get you the amount of work YOU need but not requiring you to do any more than you want.

Experience Level: "I've worked with a CrossFit/Strength & Conditioning coach before and I have experience with more advanced forms of strength training & conditioning"
6 Sessions - 1 Hour Each
Experience Level: "I've worked with a coach before and know the basics of training for strength & conditioning"
9 Sessions (or can add more) - 1 Hour Each Experience Level: "I've worked very little, or haven't worked ,with a coach before and I don't know very much about strength training or conditioning training"
