Trying a CrossFit class for the first time can be a bit overwhelming. Due to the fast paced environment and technical skills present at CrossFit UDX. We want to learn more about you and help you feel comfortable before jumping in to a standard class. This will help you feel most at home your first day and also help us run our classes more effectively. Click below to reserve a sport in our 3 week “CrossFit 101” program. We now offer personal and small group training! Fast-track your progress by utilizing our experienced coaches and programming to get you ready for a lifetime of fitness and continual results.

You will work privately with our expert coaches and work at your own pace to help you get better at technical skills, improve your lifts, or simply get a workout programmed just for you and your needs.
