Join us in our UDX Couch to CrossFit Program. This program is specifically designed for those who don't feel ready to take on full CrossFit classes and want to get started learning the proper foundations to set them up for long term success in their fitness and health!
This year we are offering a large variety of times so you can make them fit best in your schedule.
Classes will be run 2x/week for 2 weeks and then 3 times per week for 2 weeks. All classes are led by our head coach and owner Jake Dorshorst, a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
This year we are offering a variety of times so you can pick what fits best for your schedule! All will be done in a small group setting in CrossFit UDX. Come ready to learn a lot about proper movement, smart training, and be ready to work hard!
