Class Schedule/CrossFit 101 Intro Program

If you're a first time CrossFit enthusiast looking to try it with us at CrossFit UDX, please sign up for our “CrossFit 101” program. The program will include 6 sessions over the course of 3 weeks to get you acquainted with everything there is to know about CrossFit and everything you need to know to get you into the best possible shape. We want to learn more about you and help you feel comfortable with our class settings before you enter a regular scheduled class in our fast paced CrossFit environment. You will learn how a class is run, how to do all of the basic movements, the CrossFit philosophy as well as our programming philosophy, and hopefully make some like-minded friends along the way. This will help you feel most at home your first day and also help us run our classes more effectively for everyone. Get started by clicking the tab above to reserve your spot. The next scheduled 3 week CrossFit 101 course will begin on August 6th. Classes will be held on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 6:30am and 5:30pm (based on demand). Thank you and we look forward to getting you started on your journey!

Looking to drop in?? Are you a CrossFitter from out of town looking to join us for the WOD? Drop-in rates are $15/class or $10 day pass for open gym hours.
