Class Schedule

If you're looking to get started with us at CrossFit UDX click "No Sweat Intro" to schedule your 30 min intro. We want to learn more about you and you to learn more about us before you try your first class. This will help you feel most at home your first day and also help us run our classes more effectively.

OR, are you a CrossFitter from out of town looking to join us for WOD? Then click "Drop-in" and you can sign up for a class and get all of the paperwork out of the way ahead of time!
