What is UDX Fit?
If you still haven’t heard, CrossFit UDX and the LWC have now merged to form UDX Fit! This collaboration has now expanded and upgraded the group training offered at the LWC. CrossFit UDX and the group fitness room have both gotten a major facelift and we’ve expanded the class offers in our new UDX Fit programming!
So what is UDX Fit? Well, our UDX Fit programs are designed with one major goal, results. Our programming and coaching are done to provide for you the latest and cutting edge training programs that will help you feel better, look better, and perform better. Workouts vary everyday so every time you come you can expect something new, fun, and challenging! However, these are done strategically, and not at random, so that you will see and be able to track your progression in your and see results not just short term, but long term as well!
Now, do you want to try a UDX Fit class? Are you a first timer? If yes, you can sign up for our 3 week ON-RAMP CrossFit course. You can find details to this course under the “class schedule” tab. If you have CrossFit experience and are looking to drop into a class, you can find details on the “class schedule” tab as well.
UDX 60 is our 60 minute CrossFit class which features high degrees of complexity, highly varied, and high intensity class! While our
UDX 45 is our 45-minute class which features only moderate degrees of complexity, but still highly varied and high intensity! UDX 45 is designed to meet the needs of all levels and degrees of experience and fitness!
CrossFit ON-RAMP is our 3 week (6 classes) program for anyone looking to get started on a CrossFit program. No experience necessary!! We will teach you everything you need to know in 3 weeks!
Who is Crossfit UDX?
CrossFit UDX is located in La Crosse, WI and was founded in 2015. The foundational beliefs of UDX are optimal physical and mental fitness, community, accountability, and integrity. Our primary goal is to form a community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts from all fitness levels that work together at improving every single day and have fun doing it. We will accomplish this by utilizing CrossFit’s strength and conditioning methodologies along with research based training principles which have helped people all over the world achieve their very best.

What's Different About UDX?
Our coaches have vast amounts of experience, Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees in the field of exercise science, and we use scientific, research based training principles and techniques in our programming to maximize the “return on investment”.
Two of our coaches are Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (The gold standard in strength & conditioning coach certifications.)
We utilize specialized software to track your progress and prescribe to you the proper weights and intensities each day to optimize your daily training
Our strategically designed programming is designed for YOU to improve all facets of fitness from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year. You will not just “get in a workout".
We partner and collaborate with Dynamic Physiotherapy to provide our members with the knowledge to help avoid injury or to bounce back from injuries faster if they do occur
We offer a variety of programs to fit your specific goals to cater to “general fitness”, “performance” and the “La Crosse Barbell Club” for those interested in improving their performance with barbell type exercises.
